Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Yes. We start with a short technical review of the existing site, then agree on a maintenance scope that fits how it was built.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Maintenance is agreed per proposal. Ongoing engagements can be ended with the notice period set out in the proposal and our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if the site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us, and we investigate and restore service as quickly as possible, using backups if necessary.
