We want every client to be confident working with us. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Email digitalforce99@gmail.com within 30 days of the date your payment was received.
• Include the invoice number, or the name of the person or company that made the payment.
• We will confirm your request and return the payment within 14 days, to the same account or payment method it came from.

What the guarantee covers

• The guarantee applies to the fees paid to Digital Force for the services in the invoice concerned.
• For ongoing services billed periodically, such as website maintenance, it applies to the first payment.
• Costs we paid to third parties on your behalf with your approval, such as domain registration, hosting or paid software licences, can only be refunded to the extent the third party refunds them to us.

After a refund

Once a payment has been refunded, the engagement it covered ends, and rights to deliverables covered by that payment do not transfer to you.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia where you act as a consumer.
